Hiking Cutler Coast Public Reserved Land
Fairy Head Loop Trail is part of the Cutler Coast Public Reserved Land in Cutler, Maine. It is an ambitious and challenging 10.4 mile loop trail situated along the dramatic coastline of Downeast Maine. It has an overall elevation gain of 1,076 feet, and features rock and ledge scrambling, forested trails, boardwalks, stepping stones, and a climbing rope for accessing the trail at the top of a steep banking. Multiple campsites can be found along the trail and feature stunning views of Grand Manan Channel.

Acadia National Park Family Portraits
Acadia National Park is one of my favorite places to capture photography sessions of all genres and styles. I could go on for days about the different spots I like to use, and the fun I have every time I visit them. So when Jean said yes to this little road trip to one of my favorite parts of Acadia National Park, I couldn’t help but get excited.

Proposal in Acadia National Park - Dorr Mountain
The Ladder Trail lives up to its name, too. As I ascended the steep stone steps rising up along the mountain face (which seem like they will never end), iron rung ladders and plenty of rock scrambling, I was treated to beautiful views of Frenchmen’s Bay and the Schoodic Peninsula. This trip up took me approximately one hour and ten minutes. The summit is beautiful and calming; a welcome feeling after such a hard hike to get there.
Engagement Session at Coastal Maine Botanical Gardens
The Coastal Maine Botanical Gardens are located in the quaint seaside town of Boothbay Harbor Maine; just a two hour drive from Bangor and a little over an hour from Portland Maine. Not only can you find these enchanting gardens in Boothbay, but also delicious eateries, unique gift shops, and a true coastal Maine vibe as one would expect to find.
